Preview - Wealdstone

Craig Singleton17 Apr - 14:53

Good Friday action awaits at the Jakemans Community Stadium with the visit of Wealdstone (kick-off 3.00pm).

The Pilgrims in 19th play host to their 20th placed opponents, with both clubs kicking off five points above the dotted line.

It is the start of a busy Easter weekend for both clubs – with the Pilgrims subsequently travelling to Solihull Moors on Monday, while Wealdstone play host to Maidenhead United.

Graham Coughlan will be hoping to see his side maintain their strong form of late, with survival prospects boosted considerably by three successive home wins over Southend United, Sutton United and Altrincham.

The reverse fixture played on April 1 ended 1-0 in Wealdstone's favour, courtesy of Alex Reid's 20th minute goal.

Coughlan will again check on the fitness of striker Jimmy Knowles, who limped out of the fixture at Grosvenor Vale and has not played since.

LIVE COVERAGE
The match will be shown live on National League TV.

Elsewhere, BBC Radio Lincolnshire full-match commentary, courtesy of Rob Makepeace and Peter Costello, is available online.

Updates on X will be available via @bostonunited throughout the afternoon.
