Tickets can be purchased online here. Alternatively, bookings can be made by phone through the BTMK Box Office by calling 03444 00 77 00 (Option 1), Monday to Friday, between 10.00am and 4.00pm.

Tickets will also be available on the day of the match from the BTMK Box Office at the main entrance to Roots Hall, right up until kick-off.

All supporters will need to register an account on the Shrimpers' ticketing site to complete their purchase.

Supporters requesting tickets under emergency services, armed forces and veterans, or disabled/carer pricing, must send proof of eligibility in advance to tickets@southend-united.co.uk for account verification. Please allow up to 48 hours for this process to be completed.

Away supporters should enter the stadium via Turnstiles 13–16, with access to the ground through Victoria Avenue.
