The Pilgrims have clinched the initial month-long loan signing of York City stopper Ryan Whitley (23) – alongside the permanent acquisition of Kettering Town number one Cameron Gregory (22).

Gregory does have a three-match suspension to complete ahead of his possible United debut – following his red card against Bradford Park Avenue last weekend.

On the flipside, Rhys Davies (23) has departed the Jakemans Community Stadium after cancelling his contract by mutual consent. He made four appearances for the club.

Davies departs with the Pilgrims' thanks and best wishes for the future.

Gregory will assume Davies' vacant number 1 shirt, while Whitley will wear 28.
