Mbeka made 16 appearances in amber and black – scoring one goal in the process – having arrived from Guiseley during the summer of 2022. He subsequently had a short loan spell back at Guiseley in the autumn.

He now moves to the County Durham club to link up with house-mate John Lufudu – and departs with the Pilgrims' best wishes.
