Tom Wilkinson and Jamie Gaukroger got themselves on the scoresheet as Boston United came within a whisker of a first league point of the season.
Hosts Guiseley required a rocket from full-back Nathan Newall to clinch a 3-2 win at Harrogate Town's CNG Stadum — just three weeks after thrashing the Pilgrims 11-3 at The Jakemans Stadium.
It was United's fourth straight league defeat but a much-improved showing against the Lions, who scored two of their goals through the prolific Raf Ferreira.
