Craig Elliott's side will entertain the Bulls at Gainsborough Trinity (kick-off 3.00pm) in a behind-closed-doors encounter.
The match at The Northolme, United's temporary home, will be the second-ever meeting between the sides following a 2-0 for the Pilgrims at the Forest Town Arena in the FA Cup in 2017.
There is £3,375 in prize money and a place in Monday's third qualifying round draw up-for-grabs at the weekend.
It will be 293 days since United contested FA Cup second round replay against Rochdale under the York Street floodlights – with Peter Crook, Luke Shiels, Tom Platt, Jordan Thewlis and Jay Rollins remaining from the starting XI that night.
Elliott has 19 players available and vying for selection following a four-match unbeaten pre-season, which included victories over Hull City under-23s, Gainsborough and Huddersfield Town B.
If the scoreline is level after 90 minutes, the match will head straight to penalties.
