Old rivalries will be renewed on Tuesday evening when Boston United make the trip to face Kettering Town (kick-off 7.45pm).

Two of the founder members of the Alliance Premier League in 1979-1980 will go head-to-head once again having not met in league action since 2007-2008, when the Poppies completed a double over the Pilgrims en route to promotion.

There have been two FA Cup meetings since, with one win apiece, and Craig Elliott's side will be aiming to build upon Saturday's point at Hereford FC with their first away win of the campaign.

Kettering, meanwhile, battled their way to a 1-1 draw at Southport on Saturday to earn their fifth point of the campaign which started with their only win to date on the opening day (2-1 at home to AFC Telford United).

United will be boosted by the returns of Jay Rollins and Jordan Thewlis from suspension, with the pair having now completed their respective bans following red cards against Leamington on August 13.

George Green and Jake Wright remain sidelined.

Tuesday's match referee is Richie Watkins.
