The team was re-established during the summer, following a four-year absence, and manager Marc Fleckney is eager to add to his selection options moving forward.

He said: "We are always looking to strengthen the squad. Women's training continues on Monday nights at the Jakemans Community Stadium from 7.00pm.

"Whether you are new to the sport, returning to the game, want a new challenge or know of anyone with a passion for female football please feel free to attend."

United Women play in the Lincolnshire Women's Football League on Sunday afternoons – and interested parties are asked to e-mail marc.fleckney@bufc.co.uk.
