Boston United 1-3 Gainsborough Trinity

Beesley handed the visitors a first half lead and added two further goals after the break to seal Trinity's progress to a semi-final clash against Grimsby Town, despite Carl Piergianni's headed equaliser.

United, who saw a flurry of early Jamie McGhee chances go begging, also saw full-back Zak Mills dismissed late on for two bookable offences.

McGhee had already been denied three times by keeper Michael Emery by the time BEESLEY blasted home the game's opening goal on 11 minutes via a substantial deflection.

PIERGIANNI levelled with a towering header from a long Mills throw-in on 29 minutes.

BEESLEY restored Trinity's lead on 59 minutes when he bundled home a corner from close-range and once Mills had been dismissed amid a late flurry of cards from referee Josh Smith, BEESLEY rounded Sam Vince to stroke home his hat-trick in added time.
