The Pilgrims were good value for their half-time advantage, afforded to them by Pemi Aderoju's close-range header two minutes into first half stoppage time.

The Coasters turned the tables quickly after the break - equalising through Corey Whelan in the 53rd minute and winning it through Adam Long five minutes later.

Aderoju headed wide from an early Keaton Ward cross, while Theo Richardson denied Ward himself following a Sam Osborne cross from the right.

Richardson excelled to deny Finley Welch, with ADEROJU subsequently heading home the resultant Cameron Green corner delivery to hand United the lead on the stroke of half-time.

Fylde spun the games on its head quickly after the break, with WHELAN hooking home the leveller in the 53rd minute and LONG heading home from another set-piece five minutes later.
