Ollie Bostock's brilliant first minute strike was in vain as Boston United suffered last-gasp anguish at the hands of Southend United on Saturday afternoon.
Bostock set the Pilgrims rolling with a sumptuous left-footed strike inside the first 60 seconds, but the Shrimpers levelled from close-range through Promise Omochore in the 16th minute.
United remained well in the contest until the death - only for substitute Sahid Kamara to break Boston hearts in the fourth minute of stoppage time with a strike of equal quality to Bostock's earlier in the contest.
