Danny Elliott's well-taken brace on seven and 20 minutes set the Pilgrims on their way, although the Bucks were handed a lifeline when Jason Oswell seized upon a Peter Crook error on the half hour mark.
Craig Elliott's side weathered the storm and sealed the deal with a Joe Leesley strike on 80 minutes and a Jake Wright Jnr penalty three minutes from time.
The Pilgrims got off to the dream start when Leesley clipped ELLIOTT into the clear and he waltzed round Theo Streete to slam home the opener despite strong - and incorrect - offside calls from the away side.
United doubled their lead when Leesley's free-kick rattled the crossbar and ELLIOTT pounced to score from close-range after Scott Garner had helped the loose ball on.
Telford replied in the 30th minute when Crook inexplicably scuffed a ball across his own box and OSWELL had the simple task of steering home into an unguarded net.
Visiting keeper Russell Griffiths had earlier thwarted Elliott his hat-trick with a fine save, before making a brilliant stop to tip Leesley's header on to the crossbar following a Fraser Preston cross from the right.
Telford enjoyed plenty of territory after half-time, without seriously troubling Crook, and Boston wrapped up the points late on.
LEESLEY arrowed home a left-footer with 10 minutes to play, with the aid of a slight deflection, while WRIGHT JNR won and converted an 87th minute spot-kick following Kevin Berkoe's clumsy foul.
