Two weeks after suffering a 3-2 reversal to the Stags at RAF College Cranwell, Mansfield repeated the feat by beating United by the same scoreline at Rainworth Miners Welfare.

United, under the guidance of coach Matt Hocking for the day, trailed 2-0 early on before fighting back through Daniel Moulds — and Steven Dovey cut the deficit again when Mansfield led 3-1.
