AFC Rushden & Diamonds inflicted a 4-2 defeat on Boston United in the Pilgrims’ final league fixture before Christmas.
The Pilgrims trailed 3-0 to Diamonds at Old Northamptonians before staging a fightback through Scott Floyd and Kemal Yenibertiz.
A fourth home goal after the break killed off the contest once and for all though.
