Louis Saebe netted in his second successive appearance but Boston United lost out to Lowestoft Town on Wednesday afternoon.
Saebe's goal capped a first half dominated by the Pilgrims at Crown Meadow.
Town responded after the break though and secured all three points courtesy of two second half goals.
