The Pilgrims will lock horns with their fifth most played opponent – for the 77th time – at the weekend with crucial National League spoils up-for-grabs.
United will be aiming to build upon their last-gasp 2-1 victory over Aldershot Town on Tuesday evening, which lifted Graham Coughlan’s men outside of the relegation zone by three points.
Coughlan will check on the fitness of striker Jimmy Knowles, who missed out in midweek due to an ankle injury picked up at Wealdstone seven days previously.
Phil Parkinson’s side, whose last visit to Boston was the August 2020 promotion final at York Street, are currently one place outside the play-offs.
The reverse fixture earlier in the season, which saw Cameron Gregory injured and sent off in the same incident, ended 2-2 courtesy of late goals from Keaton Ward and Cameron Green.
