United recruit goalkeeper Phillips

The Pilgrims have signed 21-year-old stopper Leon Phillips, who will act as cover for Cameron Gregory during the closing weeks of the campaign.

Phillips began the season at Alvechurch and has been dual registered with Stratford Town and Gresley Rovers since.

United's own Jake Lovelace remains a further option – with the 17-year-old poised to continue his development with United Counties League side Skegness Town in the short-term.

Phillips will wear squad number 31 for the Pilgrims.
