Experienced defender JAMIE GRIMES completed a permanent move to the Jakemans Community Stadium in July 2026, having spent a hugely productive loan spell with the Pilgrims between February and April the previous season. Originally arriving on loan from Chesterfield, where he had won the National League title in 2024, Grimes lost only three of 16 games as a Pilgrim, as Paul Hurst's side secured a top half finish.
