Striker Mark Jones returned to Boston United in October 2014 less than two years after leaving the Pilgrims to join county rivals Gainsborough Trinity. He netted 25 times for Deeping in 2011-2012 and then bagged five more times for Corby as his burgeoning reputation gathered real momentum. The brother of Stamford AFC defender Richard Jones, he netted his first United goals in a 4-0 Lincolnshire Senior Shield victory over Lincoln United. By the conclusion of his first spell with the Pilgrims, he had netted 14 times in 29 appearances before switches to Gainsborough and Spalding United. Signed a permanent deal to return in the summer of 2015.Matches Summary
